At Peer Pressure Apparel, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out as planned. Whether it's a sizing issue or simply a change of heart, we want to make the return process as smooth and hassle-free as possible for you. Here’s everything you need to know about our return policy.
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase!
To initiate a return, simply reach out to us at srmikale21@shotkallers.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted, so make sure to contact us first!
We also encourage you to inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We want to make it right for you!
While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are a few exceptions. Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, cannot be returned. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions about a specific item, don’t hesitate to reach out!
If you’re looking to exchange an item, the quickest way to get what you want is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one. This way, you can ensure you get exactly what you’re looking for without any delays.
For our customers in the European Union, we also offer a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, no justification needed! Just remember, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
